There are several ways you can fund your PHP wallet on BuyBitcoin. You may see our guide below:

  1. After logging in, you should be directed to your dashboard where you can see your PHP wallet balance.
  2. Select your preferred top up location. See full list here. 
  3. Complete the form on the next page by entering the amount and click 'Submit' once done.

Sterling Bank (Over-the-counter Bank Deposit)

  1. Deposit reference number and bank account details will be provided once you have submitted top up request.
  2. You will be given 24 hours to make the deposit at any Sterling Bank of Asia branch. See list of branches here. You may also do an electronic funds transfer. 
  3. Once payment has been deposited or transferred, write down the deposit reference number on the deposit slip before uploading it. When doing electronic funds transfer, write the deposit reference number on the Remarks field, take a screenshot of the confirmation page then upload to Buybitcoin.
  4. After uploading the proof of deposit, allow at least 24 hours for payment to be confirmed with the bank.
  5. Once payment has been confirmed, the funds should reflect on your PHP wallet.


Union Bank (Over-the-counter Bank Deposit)

  1. Deposit reference number and bank account details will be provided once you have submitted top up request.
  2. You will be given 24 hours to make the deposit at any Union Bank branch. You may also do an electronic funds transfer. 
  3. Allow at least 24 hours for payment to be confirmed with the bank.
  4. Once payment has been confirmed, the funds should reflect on your PHP wallet.


Bank Deposit thru Dragonpay

  1. Click the 'Pay with Dragonpay' button on the next page then you will be redirected to Dragonpay's site.
  2. Once redirected, click your desired payment option from the list.
  3. Dragonpay will email instructions on how to complete the payment specifically for your chosen payment option.
  4. Make the payment as instructed by Dragonpay.
  5. After making the payment, kindly wait for Dragonpay to confirm your payment. Payment confirmation might take time depending on the payment option you have chosen. 
  6. Once payment has been confirmed by Dragonpay, the funds should reflect on your PHP wallet. 


Cebuana Lhuillier

  1. Reference code and receiver's name for Cebuana Lhuillier will be generated on the next page. 
  2. You may go to any Cebuana Lhuillier branch to make the payment. 
  3. You will receive a notification once you have made the payment.
  4. Once payment has been completed, the funds will automatically be added to your PHP wallet. 


7-Eleven

  1. Reference code and receiver's name for 7-Eleven will be generated on the next page. 
  2. Go to any 7-Eleven branch and look for the Cliqq touchscreen payment kiosk.
  3. On the Cliqq kiosk, select E-Money, then Bitbit. Enter your Bitbit reference no. and amount due on the kiosk.
  4. Get the receipt from the kiosk and make the payment at the cashier. 
  5. Once payment has been completed, the funds should reflect on your PHP wallet instantly.
